Well, here we go. It has just been decided that Frazee Gardens will be open Thursday, May 1st at 1:00 pm! Our business hours will be:

Monday - Friday 9-7

Saturday 8-5

Sunday 10-5

Big news here... The doors at Frazee Gardens will be open in May! So much progress has been made now that the weather is cooperating, and we are almost done. All of the exterior stone is done, and the building is almost totally painted. As I write this, the greenhouse is nearing completion, and ready to be stocked. Also, work on our parking lot is starting this weekend. On a side note, one of my favorite new products that we will be stocking at this new location will be a line of Weber grills. And what a selection we will have! (So, I had to include a grill picture). Come see us during May to check out this place for yourself. Satisfaction is guaranteed...

Getting Closer!

It is amazing how much stuff can be done, even in the face of bad weather. It has been so wet and nasty at the new site, but progress has been on track. Our big greenhouse is nearly complete, the inside is almost completely stocked and ready to go, and the stone facing on our outside wall is looking great! We cannot wait to see you there soon.

Spring is getting closer, and so is the opening of Frazee Gardens. Our greenhouse is nearly completed, our interior concrete has been stained and sealed, and merchindise is coming in every day. We hope you are as excited as us to see this place completed soon!

Paint and Glass!

Another week has gone by, and this place keeps getting better and better. Our front doors have been installed, and the front overhang is almost complete. Our cedar structures in front of the greenhouse are looking great so far. The interior of our shop has just been freshly painted, making everything look nice and clean. Everyone keeps asking me what the inside of our tower, so the 5th picture is an upward view of the inside. And finally, the glass is almost all the way installed in our big greenhouse. Everything is really starting to come together, and we are getting very excited at the thought of seeing you there soon. Thanks for reading!

Getting there...

We get closer and closer every week. So, what's new this week? Well... Our cedar structures (1st picture) are about halfway done, we have a roof over our front entrance, and the greenhouse support structure is nearly completed. Look for the greenhouse glass to start going up by the middle of next week. Everything is looking great (even if it might be a little muddy still). Have you driven by lately? Pardon our mess...

Well, it might be just a little messy in our new building, but everything is starting to come together on the inside. We now have insulation and drywall up, so at least our workers can stay a little warm during this cold winter! Stay tuned - more pics next week.

More Greenhouse Progress

The main supports are now up, and we can now see our greenhouse taking shape. The builders have also started on our front entrance, which should be done by my next post. We are still looking forward to seeing all of you there this spring!!

Another week has gone by, and much has been done on our new location. We have our siding and concrete done now, and our greenhouse is on the way. Keep an eye on the north side of our building to watch the greenhouse process. We should have it totally completed within two or three weeks.

Progress has been steady since last week! We now are completely walled in, concrete has been poured, and our greenhouse for the north side of the store just got delivered. Check back soon for more updates.

Official building start date!

Today-November 27th, 2007, marks the official start date for our new building at our second location. Although it was very wet and nasty on the site, crews were able to start with the foundation and support structures. Make sure to check back and keep an eye on our building process!

Groundbreaking!

October, 15 2007 was the official day for Frazee Gardens and Brownsburg Landscape's groundbreaking. The tuesday (October 16) issue of the Hendricks County Flyer has a story, but here are some additional pictures from that day.
